Meet Dr Bec
Hi! I’m Dr Bec, a chiropractor from New Zealand, and I'm wildly passionate about women's health - from period pain to pregnancy, postpartum to perimenopasue and everything inbetween.
I offer holistic, intergrative care utilising gentle chiropractic techniques, soft tissue work as well as low force techniques alongside nutritional and lifestyle support.
My job is to take the time to listen and understand your body then provide you with all of the information and your options so you can make the best decsion for your health.
I have Women’s Health, Pregnancy and regular Chiropractic appointments available in person and online where appropriate.
Why Women’s Health?
In practice and through my own personal experieinces, I have seen firsthand how often women are dismissed, misdiagnosed and under-supported in healthcare. My mission is to change that.
This led me to complete a one year post grad diplomate in clinical women's health. My training has allowed me to take a more integrative approach to hormonal concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, period pain, perimenopause, thyroid conditions and fertility.
I firmly belive that getting the best results requires understanding how the body works and supporting it to function they way it was designed to. This involves maximising the body's resilience to stress, optimising nutrition and stregthening the body so it can better handle everyday stressors.
